Do these apps require an account?

No. The apps use your device and the App Store. There is no separate bulletproofMedia login.

Where should support requests go?

Email [email protected] with the app name, device model, iOS version, and what went wrong.

Can I send screenshots or roster files?

Only send redacted material when necessary. Remove names, staff numbers, operational details, and employer-confidential information first.

How are purchases handled?

Purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store infrastructure. bulletproofMedia does not receive payment card details.
