CXRoster

CXRoster is in beta and is not yet publicly available on the App Store. Existing testers can continue using TestFlight. For beta enquiries, contact support.

Cathay Calendar is recommended in supporting beta builds. Export your roster to Calendar, then tap + in CXRoster.

For Flight Crew Calendar import, choose Export Roster to Calendar in Crew Link Mobile, then tap + in CXRoster, select the month, check your destinations and tap Import Roster. Delete original Cathay calendar defaults on when the source can be deleted; switch it off to keep the source. Deletion follows a verified import without parser warnings and requires the original to remain unchanged. Synced deletion applies to your other devices.

Flight Crew can also use ICS: choose Export Roster as .ics File and open it with CXRoster. The + button opens Calendar import; the alternative ICS route opens directly from Crew Link Mobile.

Cockpit exports have been tested. Cabin-specific decoding still requires an actual cabin export test.

Choose Flight Crew or Cabin Crew, then Both (the default), Only for Myself or Only to share. Allow full calendar access, then create or choose an iCloud calendar for each purpose.

On Your setup, check your choices and use Edit to backtrack. Finish setup opens the app. Import instructions are separate, under How to import and in Settings.

No. You export your roster from your Cathay app, then import that export into CXRoster. CXRoster does not sign you into Cathay or need your Cathay password.

Yes. Choose a dedicated roster calendar during setup. You can view it alongside your other calendars in Apple Calendar.

Choose a Sharing Calendar for family and friends, a Local Time Calendar for your personal roster view, or both. Timed sharing events display in the viewer’s calendar time zone. All-day events remain all-day dates.

For iCloud, open Apple Calendar → Calendars → info beside your chosen calendar → Add Person. Turn Allow Editing off for read-only access. Onboarding uses iCloud calendars, ready for Apple’s private sharing.

You can hide the Sharing Calendar from your own view while continuing to share it. Invite each person once, then keep importing into that same calendar. After roster changes, refresh, export and import again — sharing does not fetch Cathay changes automatically.

Make changes in your roster source, not these calendar events. Reimporting a roster replaces the previously imported entries for that month. Changes made directly in Calendar may be overwritten.

Keep personal reminders in a separate calendar. Reimporting clears alerts from imported events, including days off.

Importing or updating a roster in a shared iCloud calendar can generate many change messages for people sharing that calendar. You can acknowledge them together instead of selecting OK for each event.

• Mac: Open Calendar and its notification list. Hold the Option key to change OK to OK All, then click OK All.
• iPhone or iPad: Open Calendar, tap Inbox, then press and hold OK on a change message. Select OK All to acknowledge all the change messages together.

This clears the messages; it does not delete your calendar events or stop future change messages. These are shared-calendar updates, separate from event reminders.

CXRoster sends flight details to the separately installed LogTen app. Review your exported entries before relying on them. LogTen is a separate product and may require its own purchase.
