Summary

FlightCapture processes imported screenshots, roster files, OCR text, crew details, flight details, settings, and export history on device. bulletproofMedia does not operate an account system for FlightCapture and does not sell user data.

Information processed by the app

• Images selected or shared into the app are processed for OCR and flight data extraction.
• Roster files may be processed to match roster-driven flight records.
• Extracted flight, timing, crew, and route data may be stored locally for review, import history, and export workflows when those features are enabled.
• Shared app-group data may be used to coordinate compatible bulletproofMedia apps on the same device.
• Settings and purchase state may be stored locally using iOS storage.

OCR and screenshots

OCR is performed using Apple's on-device Vision framework where available. Avoid importing screenshots that contain sensitive information unless it is necessary for the workflow.

Purchases

FlightCapture uses Apple's StoreKit and App Store infrastructure for purchases. Purchase processing is handled by Apple. bulletproofMedia does not receive your payment card details.

If you email support, your email address and message content will be used to respond to your request. Redact screenshots, roster files, names, staff numbers, and operational details before sending support material.

This app is not directed to children under 13.
